Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in our courses.

1. Absence from Class

  • No student may stay absent without prior permission.
  • If leave is unavoidable, permission must be taken by discussing with parent and teacher. Otherwise it will be counted as absent without permission.
  • In this case:
    • 1st time Teacher will inform parent.
    • 2nd time Parent must sign a commitment paper.
    • 3rd time Class will be canceled.
  • If absent on any day, student must inform before class time on that same day.
  • The above 3 absences are not monthly; they are counted within the whole session:
    • O-Level: 1 year 10 months
    • A-Level: 10 months

2. Late Arrival

  • If student arrives after first 10 minutes, the following penalty applies:
  • Late 10 < t ≤ 20 minutes → counted as 0.2 class absent.
  • Late 20 < t ≤ 40 minutes → counted as 0.5 class absent.
  • Late t > 40 minutes → parent must speak to teacher and take permission; still counted as 0.5 class absent. Without permission, student cannot enter class.
  • If late-related absence reaches 2 classes, that student’s class will be canceled.

3. Mobile Phones

  • No student may keep a smartphone in class.
  • If a button phone is carried, it must remain switched off. If found on, it will be confiscated and returned only to parents.
  • If a smartphone is found, it will be confiscated and returned as follows:
    • 1st time Return after 15 days.
    • 2nd time Return after 2 months.
    • Canceled If admission is canceled, returned the same day.

4. Extra Service & Third Batch

  • Except Friday, during working hours, a student may come for help to solve 2/4 difficult math problems.
  • If a student comes regularly for help, no extra tuition fee will be charged.
  • If a student does not use this support and scores below 30% in any chapter test or average below 36%, they must join Third Batch; otherwise class will be canceled.
  • If student scores below 30% in one chapter but average is 40% or above, a conditional retest opportunity will be given within 7 days of result.

Retest Conditions

  • Average 40% to 60%: retest fee is 500 taka.
  • Average 60% or above: retest is free.
  • If retest mark is below 40%, previous mark stays and student must attend Third Batch.
  • To return from Third Batch to main batch, student must score above 45% in two consecutive chapters in each paper/subject.
  • For A-Level A2: if retest mark in any chapter is below 40%, student must attend both main batch and punishment batch; punishment batch fee is 2000 taka/month. To leave punishment class, student must score above 45% in two consecutive chapters.
  • If result in either of two papers is Third-Batch level, student must attend Third Batch in both papers.
  • If performance keeps declining even after joining Third Batch, class will be canceled.

Note: Same rules apply for Revision and Mock Tests, but required marks are 5% higher in each case.


5. Extra Time for Low Marks

  • Every student scoring below 80% must stay an extra 30 minutes as per class routine.
  • If teacher asks high-scoring students to stay, they must also stay.

6. School Exam Time Adjustment

  • Based on discussion and need, during each M.C.T. at most 1 class, and during each half-yearly/yearly/mock exam at most 2 classes may be closed.
  • Leave date must be same for everyone, decided by students.
  • Exception will be treated under Condition (1).

7. Annual Holidays

  • Holidays will follow the Academic Calendar.
  • If teacher-related closure happens outside listed holidays, make-up class will be arranged.

8. Incomplete Homework (H.W.)

  • Not completing homework is a punishable offense.
  • 1st time: student will be made to stand.
  • 2nd time: student will stand and must complete H.W. after class; no excuse accepted.
  • If it continues, class may be canceled.

9. Copying Homework

  • If proven copied from another notebook, first time parent will be informed; if continued, class may be canceled.
  • If student cannot solve on board the amount of H.W. shown in notebook, it will be treated as copied homework.

10. Required Materials

  • As required by class, every student must bring textbook, calculator, graph paper, scale, compass, etc.
  • If not brought, action will be taken as needed.

11. Tuition Fees

  • Monthly tuition fee must be paid within the 10th of that month.
  • If unable to pay by 10th, authority must be informed by the 10th with the exact payment date.
  • If unpaid and no notice by 10th, then before 15th students will be warned in class that names of unpaid students will be announced next class (minimum 48 hours time).
  • If still no response, unpaid students’ names will be announced in next class and their classes will be stopped from the following day.
  • No tuition deduction is allowed for absences after joining class.
  • However, if student informs in writing that they will stop, or teacher stops class for any reason, then paid amount for remaining days will be refunded from that date.

✕ Reasons for Admission Cancellation

  • • 3 or more absences without permission.
  • • 2 or more late-related absent classes.
  • • Any behavior that damages class/coaching environment.
  • • Average below 36% in class tests / poor in extra class / poor in Third Batch.
  • • Continuously copying homework.
  • • Not paying monthly tuition by 10th (latest by 15th).
