You give your best as a teacher, and we'll support you every step of the way.
We've taught Cambridge O and A Level students for 25 years. When your subject's lecture sheets or teaching plan need to be written or changed, you'll be the one to do it.
Everything else is on us
Air-conditioned classrooms with projectors, marketing, the website and teaching tools are all provided. You focus on your students.
A student incentive
Senior Teachers earn Tk 1,000 a month for every student above 40 in the subject they teach, for as long as that student stays.
A stable, permanent job
Full-time roles that become permanent after one month, with two festival bonuses a year and a 10% pay rise every year after your first two years.
A clear path up
Subject Coordinators work beside a Senior Teacher and aim to become one within one to two years.
