Seven clear steps, no surprises
Each step opens when you pass the one before. We tell you the result every time.
Apply online
Fill in the form and upload your CV. You'll get a confirmation email.
Phone call
A short call about your experience, shift, expected salary and joining date.
Written test
A written test in your subject. For coordinators, it is based on our worksheets.
Demo class and interview
For those who pass the written test: a demo class on a topic we share two days ahead (shorter for coordinators), then an interview with members of our teaching team.
Final interview
A conversation with our founder, Samim Sir.
Reference check
We speak to two people from your current or previous workplace, with your permission.
Offer and joining
A written offer and a one-month probation, then you're permanent.

What we'll ask you
