You won't be on your own
Every new teacher gets a mentor, a proper start and weekly or monthly training as needed, so you can teach at your best from the first week and keep growing after that.
Your own mentor
An experienced teacher guides you through your first term: lesson planning, classroom practice and exam preparation. Bring them any question.
Orientation before your first class
Meet the team, learn how our classes, Class Assessment Tests (CATs) and results work, and sit in on classes in your subject.
Worksheets and question banks
Ready worksheets, topical questions and past papers for every subject, so your time goes into teaching, not preparing from scratch.
Class visits with feedback
Your mentor or Samim Sir visits some of your classes and gives friendly, practical feedback. It is support, not an inspection.
Weekly or monthly training
Sessions as needed on Cambridge syllabus changes, examiner reports, mark schemes and managing large classes.
Help with the admin
The front desk team handles admissions, fees, notices and class schedules, so you can focus on your students.
Your first month
- Before day one
We send your class schedule, the course plan and the worksheets for your subject.
- First week
Orientation, meet your mentor and sit in on classes before you take your own.
- Weeks 2–4
Weekly check-ins with your mentor and your first class visit with feedback.
- End of probation
A review meeting with Samim Sir: what is going well and what comes next.
A career that keeps growing
One clear ladder. Fresh graduates start as Subject Coordinators; experienced teachers join directly as Senior Teachers.

Subject Coordinator
Tk 25,000 a month
Teach support classes, set and check tests, and learn the course from the Senior Teacher.
After one year
Second-year Coordinator
Tk 35,000 a month
More of the teaching, as you get ready to lead the subject.

Join directly, or move up in 1–2 years
Senior Teacher
Tk 60,000 after 1 year + incentive
Experienced teachers join here at Tk 40,000. Coordinators move up within 1–2 years. You own the subject and its results.
As the department grows

Leadership role
Lead a department of related subjects and its teachers (for example, Head of Science).
Long term
Head of Branch
Senior leadership
Lead a whole branch of Samim's Tutorial: its teachers, classes and results.
When a coordinator becomes a Senior Teacher, we hire a new coordinator for them to train, just as they were trained. After your first two years, pay rises 10% every year.
