What you'll do
- Prepare and update the daily, weekly and yearly course plans
- Teach the main classes using our worksheets
- Set and run Class Assessment Tests (CATs), topical tests, QCTs, pre-mocks and mocks
- Check exam papers and prepare results
- Keep in touch with students and parents, and grow your subject
- Keep the study materials up to date
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of English-medium teaching experience (O & A Level). Teachers with 3–4 years and strong results are also considered.
- Honours and Masters in the subject, or an O/A Level background with a degree completed or in progress
- Confident with Cambridge past papers and mark schemes
- Honest, hardworking and here for the long run
How your salary grows
- When you joinTk 40,000
- After 6 monthsTk 50,000
- After 1 yearTk 60,000
- After 2 years+10% a year
Negotiable for expert teachers.
- Student incentive: Tk 1,000 a month for every student above 40 in the subject you teach.
- Festival bonus: 50% of monthly salary, twice a year.
